Thankfully, God Made Mothers

God could not be everywhere, therefore he made
mothers - A Jewish Proverb

Mother may be called by many names in many different
languages, but "Mothers" are who God gave us to
not only take care of us but love us unconditionally!

French - Mere
German - Mutter
Hindi - Maji
English - Mom, Mummy, Mother
Italian - Madre
Portuguese - Mãe
Albanian - Mëmë; Nënë
Serbian - Majka
Czech - Abatyse
Dutch - Moeder; Moer
Greek - Màna
Hawaiian - Makuahine
Hungarian - Anya, Fu
Indonesian - Ibu, Biang, Nyokap
Spain - Madre, Mamá, Mami

Mothers come in all sizes and shapes, but no one can take your mother's place.  Though my mother is gone, I thank Him today for Mothers and the influence they have on us throughout our lives!

Happy Mother's Day and thanks for stopping by!
Rita

Happy Mother's Day Rita Sweetie...
I just had to pop over and give you a BIG hug and some lovin today. I know you miss your sweet Momma today, and I am sharing mine with you this year. She is happy to hear all about you. We have talked at great length sweet one.

I hope you are having a beautiful day with lots of love and laughter. Tony took me out to lunch and I am now headed out to the pool with a good book. I am getting in my Vitamin D for the day.

Many hugs to you sweetie and SO much love, Sherry
